Path of Exile is available on PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4, and thanks to backward compatibility, also on PS5, Xbox Series S and Xbox Series X. While the demo shown for Path of Exile 2 was impressive, the sequel is still far from release. During it, new information will be revealed about Path of Exile 2, Path of Exile Mobile and the next expansion for the first PoE. Path of Exile 2 looks to carry on what made the original such a well-liked game within its community. I’ll let you know when I hear more but, for now, Path Of Exile’s Forbidden Sanctum expansion arrives on Steam on December 9th. The ExileCon event will be held on July 29-30. Path Of Exile 2 doesn’t have a release date yet, as you’d expect. This time around GGG are taking the game roguelike with The Forbidden Sanctum, which pits your character against multiple floors of perilous dungeons and chucks all sorts of boons, afflictions and bosses at them. Path Of Exile was released in 2013 but still gets a fresh expansion every three months. The initial release date was estimated to be in 2022. Path of Exile 2 Release Date Unfortunately, Path of Exile 2 does not have an official release date at the moment. You may note that this means that The Forbidden Sanctum challenge league will be longer than normal. You can find details about the game’s release date, release platforms, gameplay, and much more below. GGG is currently planning to launch the Path of Exile 3.21 expansion in early April. The release date of PoE 3.21 is about April 7, 2023. It’s set to introduce a second, seven-act storyline that’s playable alongside the original Path Of Exile campaign. The End date of PoE Sanctum is April 4, 2023. Path Of Exile 2 was first announced at Exilecon 2019, just a little more than three years ago. It’s been some time since we last heard much about the game. ![]() GGG’s CEO Chris Wilson declined to go into detail about what we can expect to see from Path Of Exile 2 at Gamescom during a press preview of today’s Forbidden Sanctum expansion stream, but he did say that development on the sequel is going well.
